Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said today that he is “proud” of his wife’s achievements, adding that the PKR president was well-qualified to take on the post of Selangor Mentri Besar.
“She’s quite qualified in her own right, academically. She was leader of Opposition in the past. She has performed reasonably well. I’m proud of her. And that’s not relevant to my personal political career,” the PKR de facto leader said in a brief news conference at the Duta court complex here.
