DAP tak caya Guan Eng lalu guna 1MDB untuk tutup tak bina rumah mampu milik


Sementang pembangkang dan puak yang melobi untuk YTL dan IPP lain sedang menyerang 1MDB maka Guan ENg guna peluang untuk buat helah sebagai alasan dia tak bina rumah mampu milik yang pernah dia janjikan dalam manifesto pilihanraya.

Sudahlah tak bina tapi dihalau dan roboh 13 kampong melayu. Selama ini Guan ENg telah hanya utamakan kondo mewah untuk dapat masyukkk dari Pemaju-Pemaju kroninya. Makala pihak PDC hanya jual tanah dan langsung tak lakukan sebarang peranan sosial. Dah mimpi nak jadi ahli Korparat!

Guan Eng telah menggunakan peluang dari serangan Tony Pua pelobi untuk YTL, Rafizi pelobi untuk IPP kepnyaan kerajaan Selangor kot dan pihak lain yang membangkang pembinaan TRX dan IPP kena ambik untuk serang IMDB.

Forget about building high-end property in Ayer Itam, Guan Eng tells 1MDB

November 11, 2014.Penang will not allow debt-ridden 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) to develop profit-making luxury properties on its vast land bank in Ayer Itam in the state.

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the state is aware that 1MDB may be looking at "earning big money" by developing high-end units on the land which was originally earmarked for affordable and public housing.

"We know that 1MDB is trying to turn losses into profits by doing other projects, other than affordable housing that have been announced," he said.

"Don't dream. That we will not allow," Lim, who is the DAP assemblyman for Air Putih, said at a press conference at the State Assembly today.

Lim said this was in line with the state's commitment not to allow federal agencies, the Penang Regional Development Authority (Perda) and JKP Sdn Bhd, to include luxury-priced units on lands that have been acquired for affordable and public housing.
